Black Feather Arts & Crafts strives to place sustainability at the heart of the business, from product materials and choices, to packaging. When products must be ordered in bulk, all stock is kept in-house, and shipped in recycled or recyclable, sustainable and/or biodegradable packaging.
When products do not need to be ordered in bulk, drop-shipping is used. Drop-shipping utilizes on-demand printing which avoids overproduction of both products and waste, as it only creates a product when there is already a buyer.

No Issue Co.
Mailer is made from Recycled Plastics, which gives plastics already in circulation a second life.
It has a second adhesive strip so that the mailer can be reused once more, and once it has served its purpose, it can be recycled where soft plastics are accepted!
Another claim to fame: No Issue Co. has planted 20,457 trees (and counting!) world wide.
Eco-Enclose
Every cardboard box is customized to the exact dimensions of the product it protects. That means no contributing to excess waste with extra air and unnecessary void-fill.
Boxes are made from 100% recycled content, and can be re-recycled. They are also biodegradable!
Corrugated Bubble is a green alternative to traditional bubble wrap and foam peanuts.
It is comprised of 100% recycled cardboard made entirely from post-consumer and post-industrial waste and is completely recyclable & naturally biodegradable.
Ornament paper shred is 100% recycled and is made entirely of post-consumer & post-industrial content! It is re-recyclable and naturally biodegradable.
Water activated tape is created with a renewable paper backing and interwoven fiberglass threads and is finished off with a water-activated, high-performing corn starch adhesive.
Eco-bonus: Plastic tape may require several strips over the same seal to provide equal holding power to just one strip of paper tape!

Drop-shipping is an eco-friendly choice by nature simply because products are made on demand once there is already a buyer.
Traditional shopping chains always manufacture items in bulk (to save money) which causes over-production. Excess items that don't get sold are often thrown out or burned.
